LOOKING FORWARD TO A WONDERFUL WEEK-END

Here are some details on what to expect for the 51st WHS High School Class of 1973 reunion on August 30 and 31st in Williston.

The MIXER kicks off the week-end from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday night in the amazing indoor-outdoor space of the Anoconda Room located in McCody Concrete just west of Williston.  Bring your own beverage and nosh on a variety of heavy appetizers for your dinner.  Be prepared for lots of stories and laughs!  Did I hear someone say trivia?  

Our golf venue has moved to Eagle Ridge Golf Club to make room for a large charity tournament at the Links on August 31st.   Now we wil experience GOLF Saturday morning not far from Williston at the Eagle Ridge Golf Club where there are both terrific views and challenging play for golfers at every skill level.  Classmates and guests will enjoy a friendly 4-person scramble competition.   Meet up at 8:30 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. tee time.  Cost is $57.00 (includes cart) payable to the Club.  The restaurant opens at noon.

Not a golfer?  Then gather with us at 10 a.m. for BRUNCH at the lovely home of Kathryn Oksol.  Kathryn's legendary hospitality is not to be missed, and sharing a meal with all of your North Dakota potluck favorites while continuing to catch up with classmates will add to this relaxed event.

Finally  join us at the ARC for an evening of celebration beginning with a COCKTAIL HOUR at 5 p.m., followed by a MEMORIAL SERVICE at 6 p.m. for our deceased classmates.  The essential GROUP PHOTO  is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and precedes the BANQUET festivities which run from 7:00 - 11:00 p.m.   The program will include recognition of our veteran classmates, and you can look forward to some lively conversation moderated by our classmate emcees, Vivian (David) Knodel and Eric Furuseth.  Then you will be invited to DANCE the night away with your favorite music (help us choose on your registration!) provided by DJ Kickin' It Entertainment.   Dress for this evening is business casual.
